All prices quoted on our web site and given over the phone are for guidance only. Prices can vary due to vehicle condition and customer requirements. Eg. Heavy soil, pet hair, spillages or the like. Therefore we will need to see the car to give you an exact price, this can be at our work shop or we can visit you on site.

Our prices are based on the time it takes to clean your vehicle as each vehicle and owner have different requirements Therefore a consultation is required before a cost of works can be assigned. We’ve had experiences where we give out a quote over the phone to a client because they say the car is dirty; we ask to see the vehicle to see if the quote is right. When we see the vehicle the price can be less than we quoted because the vehicle isn’t as dirty as the client described which could save you money. On the other hand if it is really dirty it may take longer to clean so the price will increase to give us more time to make sure it is clean and dry upon collection.

Some valeters use fixed prices for your vehicle and if it is clean they will only spend a short amount of time on it using poor technique and cheap chemicals, leaving you unhappy with the service they provided. On the other hand if the vehicle is dirty they will be unhappy because it will take them longer to clean it, therefore they will cut corners to get the vehicle done quicker. Still use poor techniques cheap chemicals and again you will be unhappy with the result.

This is why our prices are individually tailored to suit you and your vehicle and give us the quality time that is deserved to professionally valet/detail the vehicle. This in itself is not expensive; as most main car dealerships charge two to three times as much for labour on repairs and servicing, and their work is no more skilled than our own.
